We stand behind our product. If Vyla isn't right for you, we want to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked, no restocking fee.

You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. We trust you.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@tryvyla.com with your order number and the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day
  3. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, missing items, or contained the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@tryvyla.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge and cover any return shipping if needed.

Subscription Orders

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal has processed are subject to the standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee — contact us and we'll work something out.

What's Not Covered

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago (outside the guarantee window)
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers
